CU*Talk
CU*Talk is WMICU’s teller-by-phone system. With CU*Talk members can access their accounts 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, from any touch-tone phone. To sign up for CU*Talk all members need is a touch-tone phone, their account number, and their personal identification number (PIN). If you do not have a CU*Talk pin yet please contact the credit union.
Dial: 1-866-267-4729 and follow the step-by-step instructions.
Members can use CU*Talk to:
- Transfer funds between their accounts
- Perform loan payments
- Obtain savings, checking, and loan balances
- Inquire about cleared checks
- Gather year-to-date dividend and interest balances
- Inquire about date and amount of deposits
- Make withdrawals by check (your check will be mailed on the first business day following your call)
Visa Gift Card
We are happy to announce that members can purchase pre-paid Visa Gift Cards at their local branch. Cards can be loaded with as little as $10.00 and as much as $500.00. We charge only $3.00 for each card purchased. Cards are activated within 24 hours from the date of purchase. Cards do expire and the date of expiration is on the front of the card. Cards cannot be re-loaded. Cards cannot be used for transactions at an ATM, gas – pay at the pump, to make hotel reservations or to rent a car.
Visa Travel Money Card
We are happy to announce that members can now purchase Visa Travel Money Cards, as an alternative to paper Traveler’s Checks. Cards are available at your local branch. Cards can be loaded with as little as $100.00 and as much as $5000.00. We charge $5.00 for each card purchased. Cards are activated by calling 1-877-850-9650. Cards can be re-loaded up to 3 additional times by visiting www.cumoney.com.
